Here are some frequently asked questions about the tour?

Q. What time is pick-up on Evening Pub Crawl Brew Tour? 

A. Pick up time is approximately 1 hour before the official tour start time. Your guide will call the number you booked with to give you an exact pick up time 30 minutes before his arrival. If you haven’t hear from us by 4:45PM, please give us a call.

Q. What time is pick-up on the Classic Tour? 

A. Pick up time is approximately 30 minutes before the official tour start time. Your guide will call your group the night before or the morning of for a more exact pick up time.  If you haven’t hear from us by 10:45AM or 4:45PM, please give us a call.

Q. What are the minimum number of people for a tour run?

A. Classic Tour and Pub Crawl Brew Tour:  4 People | Stowe Brew Tour: 6 People

Q.  Why wasn’t I able to pay when making a booking? 

A.  If we did not ask for payment during the booking process, we have not reached our minimum tour participants. Once the tour minimum is met, the system will automatically accept your booking request and you will then have 48 hours to pay the amount due. If this payment is not received within 48 hours, the system will automatically cancel your tour.

Q.  What happens to my reservation if the tour minimum isn’t met?

A. If the minimum isn’t met 12 hours before the tour, we will cancel that tour and give those guests full refunds. We will call you the day before as a courtesy to let you know if the tour could be cancelled and if that was case, we will process your refund or try to reschedule you for a different tour time. Unfortunately, you aren’t able to cancel the tour yourself after receiving this courtesy call. If you’re a group of 2-3 people, the purchasing of a Tour Guarantee ensures your tour will not be cancelled. This Tour Guarantee is non-refundable.

Q. What are the only postal towns in which you offer pick up?

A. South Burlington and Burlington

Q. What is the cancellation policy for Burlington Brew Tours?

A.  Due to high demand for tours, tickets are non-refundable 3 days prior to the tour. Tickets are always transferable.  Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 2 weeks or more:  Full Refund
  • Less than 2 weeks: 75% Refund
  • Less than 7 days: 50% Refund
  • Less than 72 hours: Non-refundable

Q.  Can I reschedule my tour date?

A.   Any date changes that are made less than 2 weeks before your tour will be subject to a $25pp rescheduling fee. No date changes can be made less than 72 hours before a tour.

Q.  How do you redeem your Gift Voucher or Gift Certificate?

Q.  If I am not staying in either of these pick up cities, can I meet you in a centralized meeting location?

A.  While we offer pick up any where in Burlington or S. Burlington,  we suggest a pickup @ 115 Cherry St, on the corner Church St and Cherry St (Across from the ‘Ben and Jerry’s’ and to the side of ‘Dear Lucy’), Burlington, VT 05401. There is a parking garage a block away located 47 South Winooski Ave Burlington VT 05401 for $8/day. Don’t rush off after the tour because there is plenty to do/see on Church Street Market place before you drive.

Q. Should I eat before the tour?

A. Have a good breakfast/Lunch so your not starting on an empty stomach.

Lunch or Dinner times are approximately 1.5 hours after official start time.

Q. Is tip and taxes included in the final price?

A.  Tax is, Gratuity is not. However, if you feel your tour guide was awesome, we recommend $10/pp

A. No, drinking is reserved only for the breweries.
